I've been experimenting with computers since my family first got one in the early 90s. My mom taught me to type using her old typewriter book and I was off and running. Over the years I've created websites, built a database for a large model horse collection, edited photos and videos, created promotional items, and dabbled in a dozen social media channels.
I have a BS in Management and an MA in Communication. My day job at a B2B company includes leading the management of a prospect and leads database, technical writing, and management of a community site. (It's a jack-of-all trades kind of thing.) We incorporate a lot of lean principles to help keep up with increasing demands.
